Viewer Plus is primarily intended for use within a domain environment.� It can connect over the internet to an AMT KVM server computer, but due to routing restrictions it is not currently possible to connect over the internet to two AMT KVM computers within the same environment.This can be done by forwarding ports 16992, 16993, 16994, 16995 (Depending on whether or not you require secure or unsecured connectons).

Unless strictly neccessary, we do not suggest this for security reasons. Whilst there are security methods in place to prevent un-authorised access, unlike VNC Enterprise Edition (which includes additional security methods aimed specifically for those connecting over the internet), VNC Viewer Plus and Intel AMT KVM are intended to be used in an internal domain environment.
