Why is file transfer not working even though it's enabled?

File transfer can be disabled at any of three levels:

1) At the Viewer end. Check the Misc tab of the VNC Viewer Options dialog.
2) Globally at the Server end. Check the Inputs tab of the VNC Server Properties dialog.
3) Per-user at the Server end. Check the Connections dialog. To access this, right-click on the tray icon and select Status, click 'details' next to connected users. Select the appropriate connection (often there will only be one) and click Change... Verify that the "Send and receive files" option is checked.

If you are still encountering problems transferring files, please submit a support request.
