Does VNC work with Norton/Symantec Endpoint Security?

Yes, VNC will work with this particular firewall, although you'll need to configure certain things:

1) As with any firewall, you'll need to ensure that you either add TCP port 5900 as an exception, or add the actual VNC executable as an exception.
2) Ensure that the RealVNC directory is omitted from the virus scanner's search path.
3) Within the firewall options there is a setting called "TCP re-sequencing". Please ensure this is disabled, otherwise you'll experience a significant decrease in VNC performance.
