How do I upgrade from my current version of VNC ?

To upgrade VNC, you simply need to download the latest release from our website here:

Enterprise Edition customers:
http://www.realvnc.com/cgi-bin/download.cgi?product=enterprise4

Personal Edition customers:
http://www.realvnc.com/cgi-bin/download.cgi?product=personal4/winvnc

Once you've downloaded the software, run it on the VNC Server computer, and follow the installation wizard. The new installation will keep all of your old configuration settings, so you won't have to change anything.

The only thing you may have to do, is enter your new/latest license key, if you're upgrading from a much older release. If you need to do this, you will be prompted during the installation. You are issued a new license key every year that you upgrade, so please be sure to search in your e-mail system for your latest key.
