I'm receiving the error "Insufficient permissions to access AMT Server."
This error message can mean two things:1) You're trying to connect as a non-administrative user. Please ensure that the user you are connecting as has administrative rights - this can be configured within the Intel AMT Mangement Engine BIOS.
or
2) Your computer is running Intel AMT 5.0 or earlier. KVM (VNC) functionality is only included in Intel AMT 6.0 and above. Please see the below website to double check that your hardware has the correct version of Intel AMT, or see the related article for more information.
